From 1999 to 2019, he was an assistant-consultant to four people's Deputies of Ukraine. In 2014-adviser to the governor of the Kherson region.
ACTIVITY
- For 19 years, he has been teaching sociological and political technology disciplines at leading Ukrainian universities, such as Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv 2002-2007, NPU named after M. P. Dragomanov 2007-2020 (including Head of the Department of Social and Public Communications 2012-2018), National Aviation University since 2020.
- Expert, electoral sociologist and Implementation Specialist engaged in sociological developments in national and local election companies. Over 15 years of sociological activity, about 130 quantitative and qualitative sociological studies have been conducted.
EDUCATION
Post-graduate student of the Institute of political and ethnonational studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
In 2004, he defended his PhD thesis – “the role of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in solving ethnopolitical problems of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea '' and received the degree of candidate of Political Sciences in the specialty 23.00.05.
2005 - he trained and taught in t University of Iowa (USA).
2006 - he trained and taught in University of Constanz (Germany).
