Today, Ukraine is in a state of constant military action with the Russian Federation, which significantly undermines all processes related to security in the country.

This is not only a persistent threat to Ukraine as a strategic partner of the United States, but also to NATO’s security and, therefore, to the core interests of the United States. Russia will continue to use Ukraine’s information field to advance its interests, undermine US interests, and weaken Western alliances.

To ensure the security of its borders, to achieve lasting peace and stability in Europe, Ukraine needs to establish a strategic partnership with the United States.

At the same time, Ukraine could focus its efforts on its own security by building a state with the best military defense. But even in the best case scenario, Ukraine could not withstand Russian military pressure on its own.
Accordingly, an alliance with Western partners in matters of not only Ukraine’s external but also internal security is the only way that can guarantee protection from Russian aggression, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of Ukrainians.
